I regularly take becadexamine twice (for the past one year) and feel uncomfortable if not taken. Even though I take fruits and vegetables along with south Indian veg foods I don't get enough stamina to do my daily work. I sing in temple for 1 hour everyday. I live in first floor where I go up and down minimum 5 times a day. I do all the house keeping by myself. I have obesity generic and now I am 10 kgs overweighted. I am 36 years old. Shall I take the becadexamine cap for a longer run?
