I have been taking Epitec 25mg for almost 2 weeks now and am due to start the 50mg soon. I am reluctant to do so as I have not been sleeping well since I started using using them and also have a slight headache all the time, further more I feel quite aggressive. Hi. I am a teacher and have children with immune deficiencies who require a lot of attention and infusions every month. I am on Wellbutrin and Prozac. He is now weaning me off the Wellbutrin and starting me slowly on epitec. First 25mg, then 50mg, then 100mg, then 150mg. He said it is to help me cope with my circumstances and make me “thicker skinned”, not because I have bipolar. I am very confused because some people say that epitec has a side effect of gaining weight and others say it has helped them lose weight. I am absolutely paranoid about putting on weight. I eat quite healthily but not when I’m stressed, and I don’t have time for exercise.
