My husband is taking this for a sinus infection and his lip after taking the pill swelled to three times it's size. Is this a side effect? ## No, that is not a normal side effect of this antibiotic and he should contact his doctor immediately, that seems more like it may be an allergic reaction, of some sort, and he will likely need to try a different antibiotic. i have an acute attack of gout and i have to take naproxen or indomethacin,but i was prescribe for different reason amox trk and i want to know if i can take them. ## There are no interactions listed, but this site is not medical professionals, so you should ask your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. Other description: It would apper as if you had a piece of clay in an oval form and pressed in flat at both sides. It's usually pretty effective but there are some rare side effects which may occur. These include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and a possible skin rash.
