Do atorvastatin calcium tablets cause breathlessness and heavy breathing if the tablet is taken after a meal, particularly when one is walking after having eaten and taken the tablet? If so, what does it mean? ## From my records I did not find anything stating that atorvastatin causes breathlessness or heavy breathing. There are other side effects while taking atorvastatin diarrhea, constipation, passing gas, headache, insomnia, joint pain, and/or dizziness. To learn more click on the link below...
