started 1 dose yesterday, wish 2 know side effects ## Methylcobalamin is actually a nutritional supplement and not prescription drug, it is often given to help people who are showing the signs of a deficiency in it or to treat problems associated with neuropathic pain, because a lack in this important vitamin can contribute to or aggravate that problem. As a supplement, the side effects have no been studied for it, but some people do report nausea, after taking it. It is also important not to take more than your doctor has instructed, because getting too much of it can also be dangerous. Learn more: Are there any other comments or questions?
