Can I take evion 200mg for regulating my menstrual cycle ? ## nope!! you can take them just for 15 days but not more than that!! Because more dose may lead to endometrial thickening and this may cause bleeding in between menstrual periods!! Hi, I am 29 years old and have a dry sensitive skin. To improve my skin texture I have been taking evion 400 mg capsule once a day everyday for the past four years. My diet lacks fruits and vegetables as I hate vegetables. My skin has greatly improved because of the vitamin supplement. Just to make sure that I'm not overdosing.. Do we have to break this capsule or dissolve it in warm oil, or can we use any type of hair oil? Also, is there any side effects if I apply it on my hair or scalp? Lastly, how much of a gap should we have in between doses (i.e. once a week or daily)? ## I used to break up 400mg evion capsule and drop half of it in hair oil and then apply it on my scalp almost twice a week.
