I am aged 60 years, suffering from diabetes for the last 16 years, depending on insulin since then, also diagnosed with high BP about seven years back. Most of the times I was taking Envass (5mg a day to 20mg a day) for controlling BP. Since my BP was quite hihg for the last one month or so, I was prescribed medicine, Tazloc H 40 mg along with Telestra 40 mg. Today is the tenth day of these medicines. Now I am observing that my blood sugar level has gone up considerably and BP is also not coming down. Semi Glynase Tablet what is the tablet for and the side effects ## I used to take regularly the semiglynase 2.5mg tablet. and the sugar is controled. am I suposed to take in combination with metaformin? which the doctor says as better in view of adverse effecvt to kidney etc.please clarify the merrit and demerit of only semiglynase tabs. ## I am a diabetic ptient. i have been taking envas 5 twice daily with not much relief. bp remains 145/80. age 67 years male ## I am 73 now. My erection was always very firm and hard. I used to have sex with my wife minimum twice a week. Till the age of 60, my BP was always 80/120 or even lower. Then suddenly, my BP started rising due to tension on account of illness of some of my family members. For the last 6 to 7 years, Doctor has put me on Losacar-H (one O.D.). My Doctor does not want to withdraw it. However, I have gradually developed the problem of ED since I started Losacar-H for high BP. I still have a lot of desire, but can not perform due to erection failure. I have not discussed it with my Doctor so far. Are Losacar-H and Ocid-10 ( 1 o.d.) the culprits? If so, what should I do? ...
