Side Effect Of Envas

I am 50 years of age and am suffering from high BP 140/90 & was taking eritel 40mg for the last 3 years. Now the Dr. has prescribed envas 5. Is it a good medicine? ## You should try the medication as directed by your doctor. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Have you started taking it, yet? What are your current readings?

I am diabetic and B.P 135/85. using Galvus 50 and glympride 2.5,metaformin1000mg once a day before lunch.for BP Telmesartan 40 morning and concor 5 evening.Now I notice daily in the morning my B.P> rises to 158/90..Shold I ad 2.5 Envas or what to do?? ## Hello, Oemkar! How are you? When are you checking it, before or after your morning medication? Are you doing so right when you first get out of bed, or having been active for a bit? It is normal for it to elevate at certain times, so you can't just jumping to adding another medication. What is your blood pressure at other times of day?

I am aged 60 years, suffering from diabetes for the last 16 years, depending on insulin since then, also diagnosed with high BP about seven years back. Most of the times I was taking Envass (5mg a day to 20mg a day) for controlling BP. Since my BP was quite hihg for the last one month or so, I was prescribed medicine, Tazloc H 40 mg along with Telestra 40 mg. Today is the tenth day of these medicines. Now I am observing that my blood sugar level has gone up considerably and BP is also not coming down. my b.p. is 180/ 110, dr. asked me to take envsa 5mg. pl. suggest. ## Those numbers are considered high and you do need to do something to lower them, otherwise you are risk of stroke, heart attack and other severe health dangers. i have been taking envas 5 twice daily with not much relief. bp remains 145/80. age 67 years male ## I am 73 now. My erection was always very firm and hard. I used to have sex with my wife minimum twice a week. Till the age of 60, my BP was always 80/120 or even lower. Then suddenly, my BP started rising due to tension on account of illness of some of my family members. For the last 6 to 7 years, Doctor has put me on Losacar-H (one O.D.). My Doctor does not want to withdraw it. However, I have gradually developed the problem of ED since I started Losacar-H for high BP. I still have a lot of desire, but can not perform due to erection failure. I have not discussed it with my Doctor so far. Are Losacar-H and Ocid-10 ( 1 o.d.) the culprits? If so, what should I do?
