Have been prescribed Cinod T 10/40 mg.. Cilnidipine as one of composition is popular with doctors. It is said impotency is one of its side effect. Is it TRUE??? Hi. I have been taking Cilnidipine 10 mg for 4 months. Can I take Viagra 25 mg or 50 mg once in a while? ## I also want to know the answer. Both of my kidneys are polycystic. My mother had it and two brothers have it. My BP was not rising, as far as I know, unless very unusual circumstances. One doctor near my town prescribed me Olmin 20 LN. Which contains Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 mg and Cilnidipine 10 mg. Nephrologist doctor also said no problem. But when I read side effects of Olmesartan, it includes rising Serum Creatinine which I recently experienced, may be due to an unsuitable diet for my kidneys or may be for starting Olmin 20 LN. Should I stop it? I am taking homeopathic medicine for kidneys and a restricted diet. So I think of stopping Olmin 20 LN?
