I ordered Reductil 10mg from what I thought was a US company but got Sibutramine capsules from Zen labs India. Does anyone know if they are safe to use? Do they work? ## Sibutramine is the active ingredient in Reductil, so you got the generic version. As to the exact tablets you received, I cannot say, I have no experience with them. This should only be used under a doctor's supervision, it can cause side effects such as: nausea, dizziness, irritability, insomnia and anorexia. Dosage depends on the person, however the average dosage is: 10 mg once daily (usually in the morning), if this proves insufficient the dose may be increased to 15 mg daily after 4 weeks.
