Salam, i have an itchy scalp and i think it's a fungal infection cux i have had it once before. Can you tell me what to do with it? my hair's falling out and i have been nearly bald once. I tried Conaz shampoo today. Is it effective? It's itching so badly cux of one of it's side effects mentioned on the enclosed leaflet. Can you suggest some alternative medication? been to docs, not worked. Are there any pills i could use for it? I feel blisters on and off before i apply kenacomb cream to my scalp and they would settle down. but it's not getting cured altogether. What should i do? and how effective is Conaz Shampoo for an itchy scalp prospectively harbouring a fungus?

I have noticed hair loss when shampooing hair. I was taking a pill c-triest.progesterone 2mg/100mg. Took for 6 months and got off of it for 3 months, Started taking again in January. That's actually why many women in perimenopause and menopause experience hair loss, when you don't ovulate each month, or stop ovulating, you don't produce as much progesterone, but you are always inundated with estrogens. You may want to speak to your doctor about making some dosage adjustments, such as raising the progesterone and/or lowering the estrogens. Those typically wash down over the body, when you're using them and then rinse them off, so that's also something you should look into. How about your towels and the detergent and/or fabric softener you use on them? What type of water do you have? All could be culprits. Have you consulted your doctor?

Hey..I'm 18. I was diagnosed with psoriasis 4 years ago. I tried every medicine, every cream.. I went to the doctors and then someone told me about this shampoo "Conaz". I have been using it for an year or so..it worked effectively at first but now it doesn't seem to be much effective.. My friend told me a side effect of Conaz is that it reduces testosterone levels in your body. Is it true? I am losing a lot of hair. I have been on a prexum 10mg for 6 months now, my hair loss seems to get worse, I am even too scared to wash my hair, I have tried various shampoos too. I am currently also taking multivitamins and folic acid to help with not loosing too much hair? Has any one with insterstitial cystitis ever had chronic allergies to chemicals so bad that any contact causes chronic pain I spend my life with washing up gloves on even body lotions shampoos soaps even organic tried everything totally worn down, so I was going to my consultant if I could try steroids,I would glad for any response as to has any one else had this terrible problem. ## It has been known to be associated with chemical sensitivities and allergies, so it isn't really that surprising. I read that you should wash the site before application. Are you to wash your hair everyday, twice a day if you apply Fluorouracil 2 x per day? Is it ok to use your regular shampoo. I understand that use of Fluorouracil cream can spread to areas that may not already show signs of precancerous spots. Has anyone noticed this to happen? How far has it spread, entire scalp? Please share any experience you have had with treating scalp.

I have Tinea versicolor and have had it for about 11 years now. I didn't actually go to the doctors about it until a few months ago. I have since been prescribed a shampoo which I used for 3 days and didn't see a difference and for the last 9 weeks have been taking fluconazole as I have suffered from bouts of thrush for equally as long. I've been told the fluconazole will definitely clear the TV but so far, nothing on both fronts. I'm brown in complexion and have light patches from my belly button up to my neck, and all over my back. Now that I know it can be cleared, I feel I've really got my hopes up but have not seen a single bit of progress. Is there literally ANYTHING that's proven to get rid of this for life!?
