Severe Pain Because Of Ibs

I have Crohn's disease and IBS that causes severe debilitating abdominal pain and have been prescribed oxycodone and morphine to help control it. However, now that I've moved to Richmond Virginia I can't find any pain management doctors that are willing to treat stomach pain. I've hit a dead end, and don't know what to do. Is there anyone who can recommend a doctor who would treat me? I'm willing to travel and I don't care if they take my insurance. I just want to get treatment. I have five herniated discs in my spine and I've been suffering from agonizing pain. Every time I try to take something for the pain, it flares up my IBS, causing me severe diarrhea and nausea. I have got a colonoscopy done. Diagnosed with IBS. Doctor says colon and intestine is highly irritable. I take about 2 hours in the morning to pass stools. Some times I have to to go in the evening again and pass some mucous. Also if there is a stress event I get severe pain on the left side of my navel. I have Chronic IBS and acute Chrons disease. I have been taking Vicodin to help control the bouts of diarrhea and severe abdominal pain. My concern is all that Tylenol that comes with Vicodin is damaging my liver, thus more problems. I have tried methadone and it works GREAT and 40mg lasts all day instead of a pill every 4 hrs. I need a doctor in or around the St. Louis area that can and will prescribe methadone for pain management. I am suffering from severe epigastric pain and flatulence and was diagnosed as IBS. since last 30 years. All the tests like colonoscopy, endoscopy, blood test, fat absorption test, ultra sound have shown negative. Recently endoscopy showed oesophagytis B. I was given nexpro 40 mg and lesuide. Of late the it has become very bad. I get constant pain in the abdomen, nausea, flatulence, bloated feeling. Nights I have disturbed sleep and pass lot of wind, sometimes foul smelling. I have just been discharged from hospital and prescribed adco-namamol tablet 500mg & Tramahexal 100mg for severe back pain (osteoporosis with numerous crushed vertebrae & discs-upper & lower spine) How will this impact my IBS which at present is presenting with constipation. My son takes 2 to 3 combiflam every month for his headache since he was 9yrs old. Now he is 16. Is it safe? My mother is seventy. Is it ok for her to use for a bladder infection? ## I'm inclined to say that you should see what other options are available for her to use first.
