Hi, I started taking Sertraline HCL around December. My doctor, like routine started me at a low dosage and began steadily increasing it. I was up to, I believe, 125mg (around February) when I stopped taking it abruptly for some reason. However, during the months following, I continued to go to my doctor. I lied to her telling her I was still taking the pills when I wasn't and she kept increasing the dosage. I was too nervous to tell her the truth; which I feel bad about now. So, now it's August and school is coming back I'm having some bad anxiety. I still have the prescriptions she gave me and I am really considering starting back on it. However, I don't want to increase the cause of side effects or possibly overdose because it's not in my system anymore. What shou...

The pills my mother got today were yellow oblong pills, but sertraline hcl are usually pinkish or blue... These yellow oblong shaped tabets are imprinted with LU on the front and d03 on the back. ## To be honest, the colors actually mean nothing, that is entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. That said, she did get the correct pills. LU D03 does contain 100mgs of Sertraline, a generic for Zoloft, an antidepressant that is also used to treat other conditions, such as OCD. Referenced from: If it's becoming too bothersome or severe, I would strongly suggest looking into some natural alternatives or opting for a different medication. You have to keep in mind though that all prescription drugs are going to pose the risk of side effects; so in my opinion, natural is the way to go, depending upon your reasoning for taking Sertraline.
