Duane Reade filled ambien and xanax with my insuranse then called two days later to tell me to pick up my ambien script. They filled same rx# twice and went through insurance. How could this happen? I picked it up since why not? Will they discover and could it be a problem? ## Dear Blondie, Sorry to hear about your situation. All pharmacies should maintain a record of the prescriptions they fill, so if you only received twice the amount of 1 Rx and not the other, I would encourage you to go back and inform them of the mistake they made. Also have them contact the insurance company to make sure they're on the same page with what happened. And please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that things like this could potentially catch up to you in the form of withdrawals if you... ...

Hi. Im trying to find out several issues regarding prescripts. My wife and i have been seperated for 3 years. We have 2 beautiful daughters and recently i met them at a vacation home. I was asked to retrieve something from ex's car and noticed 2 prescripts (Lithium and Cerefolin) written under her first name but a totally different last name (both married or maiden were not on label). Not looking to get anyone in trouble but the daughters are the ones im mainly worried about as well as her conditions that require this type of act. thanks ## not sure but i beleive lithium is wrote for inactive brain chemical/hormone, fairly common script as synthroid wrote fro over active thyroid ## CHEMICAL IMBALANCE was the words i needed earlier ## Lithium is mainly composed of a salt. It is used ... ...

i have like 4 refills on my bars it's 2 weeks early if i pay cash can i get them filled without using my insurance ## wat country, australia will be a definate no from the chemist. ## the usa, Minnesota ## No, I'm sorry, but you won't be able to get it filled early, even if you pay cash. Xanax is a controlled substance, since it can be habit forming and is frequently abused, so such prescriptions are tracked via computer. This medication may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. The only way you'd be able to get a refill early is if your doctor made some change to your dosing/dosing schedule and authorized it with the pharmacy. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I filled a 3 month supply at Rite Aide after 2 months to get ... ...

how to obtain prescription ## send info please ## Desoxyn was prescribed to me and my son for narcolepsy. It is amazing that such a safe & effective drug was taken off the market. We have not been awake since the discontinuince of desoxyn. We currently take adderrall & dexedrine, they don't come close. M357is a 5-500 & M358 is a 7.5-500. ## Sorry, but when you are posting something for an answer on a free website, you cannot always expect an immediate answer. Also, you could always have just double checking with your pharmacy. As to the information you found, yes, that is correct, you did receive the correct pill and correct dosage. Is there a doctor in the tulsa area.who will prescribe desoxyn? ## Hello, Colin2114! How are you? Due to the regulations that were put in place last year, if you require such a medication, you'll need to see a specialist for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Upon seeing one, you also won't be able to demand a specific medication, or they will view that as being drug seeking behavior. Do you currently have a PCP that could refer you to someone? If so, that would most likely be the easiest way of finding the help you need. ...

Can anyone tell me what action I should take in order to have my prescription replaced? ## Hello, Ray! How are you? You'll need to report the theft to the police and obtain a copy of the police report of theft to validate it for your doctor. However, even then, they may not replace it for you. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Recently I had cancelled my Xanax prescription 2mg/2× due to the fact that they change the person I am. I have been prescribed Valium as well. I called my doctor to ask for a refill of the Valium, telling him I had cancelled the Xanax script. He must have misheard me and called in a script for Ativan .5/2× day. I picked up the ativan and called the doctor and left a message right away. I had the Ativan for two days and instead of taking the .5 2x I had taken 2mg twice a day due to the fact that is what the maintanence dose for anxiety is. My doctor called in the Valium for me but the pharmacist wants my ativan prescription back. There are 16 pills missing and there should only be 4 gone. Question is 1. do I explain this to the pharmacist 2. Is he allowed to do this 3. Should I... ...

I just got a prescription filled for oxycodone 10 milligram On the 18th I have another prescription hard script written for the 21st will I be able to go to a pharmacy and pay cash for that ## If you're next fill is due should be fine. Most pharmacies/states allow 3 days before next fill. Also depends upon your relationship with the pharmacy/rph. Depends upon a lot of things. Just be honest and look presentable. ## If it is the same dosage, same medication and within just a few days of each other, then no and it won't matter if you're paying cash or not. Controlled substance prescriptions are reported to the government and logged in a central database, so once punched in the computer, it would come up that you've just had one filled. Help, need post dated script filled today surely someone in ft worth can help me with this. WD sucks ## Hello, Lucy! How are you? I'm sorry, but it would be illegal for a pharmacy to fill one, before the time it is dated to be filled. I wish I had better news for you, but I don't.
