I am currently experiencing an adverse reaction to the Sulfametazol (Sepran) tablet. A few years ago, my doctor advised me to avoid all sulfur group medicines. Please inform me whether Sazo 1000 creates any problems during pregnancy? Is it safe to use during the pregnancy period? ## Can anybody pls explain to me the real cause of rheumatic arthritis and if Sazo 1000mg helps to treat the underlying cause? I tried doing my bit of research and I came across a certain protein present in a particular gene responsible for this kind of response but I am still not clear what causes this.
