I am a rheumatoid arthritis patient. My doctor has advised me to have 4 sazo 500 and 2 HCQS tabs during a day. I am taking these medicines since last 2 years. But i have doubts and worried about the side effects of these medicines. I am 30 years old and not married yet. I found this pill it has a R 500 on the side scored on the same side and blank on the other. Its round and white i can't find anything at all for it... How many do you take at a time? ## This tablet contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 10mgs of Dextromethorphan, 200mgs of Guaifenesin and 5mgs of Phenylephrine, this is an over the counter cold remedy.
