S4 Pink

hi, I bought a generic version of benadryl and when I was taking a couple today I noticed that a couple of the pills where slightly darker than the rest and when I looked at the numbers they didnt match, c 22 with a blank back is on most of them (which is the benadryl I assume) but then there was also s4 or 54 (hard to tell) with blank back on a couple of them. I dont know if they are the same thing and just different markings or if they are different pills altogether, help? ## From what I could gather, a pink pill imprinted with "C22" is identified as Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (25 mg); whereas I haven't found any specific details whatsoever on a pink pill marked with S4 or 54. My boyfriend was prescribed benadryl and I was given these pills. They told me they were generic benadryl. They are bright pink oblong pills imprinted with s4. ## That is correct, these tablets are manufactured by Himprit Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, which is a generic for Benadryl. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

S1 on one side nothing on the other and its not peach its bright pink ## What is the bright pink small oblong pill with s1 on one side and nothing on the other ? ## The closest match I'm finding is a pink oval/oblong pill with S4 on one side and nothing on the other. It's reportedly identified as Simvastatin 10mgs, used for treating high cholesterol. I realize that your tablet has a 1 and not a 4, but depending on our luck they may be manufactured by the same company (Accord Healthcare). I've came across a blueish Oblong pill with imprint only on one side S4. Can someone please tell me what it could be? ## Hi Robert, Based on your description the closest match I'm finding is a 25mg Diphenhydramine hydrochloride tablet, that is a pink oblong/oval pill with S4 on one side and blank on the other. Apparently it is manufactured by Himprit Pharma Chem, out of india. I also came across a 10mg Simvastatin, red oblong/oval pill with S4 on one side and blank on the other. This one happens to be manufactured by Accord Healthcare. my pharmacy changed medicine on me... again...on my 'generic' carbamazepine . called them up and i mentioned to the girl that i have been prescribed the yellow 'carbs' with NC*200 on it for 2-3 years...now i am getting a capsule i took when i was younger and it was called 'tegretol'...it is half teal and gray capsule with what i can make out S433 .she said it is a 200 mg ER capsule carbamazepine .
