How are you? It isn't advisable, the Mayo Clinic notes that SAMe can affect your risk of bleeding when taking with blood thinners, such as Warfarin or anticoagulants. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Warfarin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising. I have got fatty and enlarged liver. I was alcoholic since last 10 years. My daily consumption was 6 to 7 pegs. I have stopped taking alcohol since last 2 years. sir i am 50 years old.my SGPT is 77. doctor suggrst me to take nusam 200. what's its side effect? im sufferd from fatty liver ## i am a 30 years old lady having a problem of avascular nacrosis on my right hip. after getting pain i visited to the doctor and he suggested me for nusam 200. is there any side effect? ## Nusam is just a supplement, it's S-Adenosyl Methionine. It really doesn't have any proven medical use, other than that it's known to help with the pain from osteoarthritis. Thus, it's uncertain whether or not it will help with either of the mentioned conditions. If your doctor told you to take it, there shouldn't be any harm in trying it, but there's not guarantee that it will work to help you. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a canine who is taking Denosyl for a liver problem. She has apparently hurt her hind leg and is limping, which has started to get worst. The earliest our vet can see her is in a few days. Our other canine is taking tramadol for a pulled muscle. Can we give the canine with the liver problem a tramadol, or will it cause a problem with her Denosyl? So I can tell you that from what I've seen online, it seems like there shouldn't be any problems using the two together outside of the possibility of their own individual side effects occurring. I am a 24 year old male. From last year i am getting pain (Pain Like feeling not always pain) in my head on the top. It comes for weeks sometimes days and go away on it's own. It was bothering me so I consult a Neurologist online. She asked me to get B12 and Thyroid function test. I was diagnosed with high TSH (9.41) T3 normal T4 Normal. B12 was 247 Low in September 2015.
