I have a white oval shaped pill with a line in the middle and 900 on one side and 25 on the other. Could this be Vicodin? ## This is NOT Vicodin. The pill in description is Duratuss; which contains the combination of Guaifenesin 900 mg + Phenylephrine 25 mg. Or does it have both? Right now the closest match I can find to your description is that of an oblong white pill marked "S | 900" on one side and blank on the other. This is identified as Alprazolam 0.25 mg. - a commonly abused anti anxiety medication. Have you sat down and talked to your son about this? I would think that he should know very well what he is putting into his body.
