Please wouls someone be so kind to share with me how I should use my HC tablets to improve my adrenal issues. I have Hashimoto thyroid problemd. I am on Synthroid and also used a T3 Cytomel. I had to drop the T3 to first deal with my afrenal issues. I am inlind to be ver shaky so bsd that at times I csn hardly hold a cup. My cortisol levels are ver low. I started HC 2 months ago. Taken in divided dosrs as following. 7Am 7.5 mg. 11 Am 5 mg,1 Pm 5 mg, 4 Pm 5 mg and 2.5 mg at bed time. I find that I wake up st 5 am and start to feel sweatty and shaky. I don't think you'd have to rush for the toilet as you say, but I would definitely know where a bathroom is at all times if you leave the house after taking this medication. I've been taking carvedilol for three weeks now. I had to be rushed to the hospital one night because my blood pressure went up to 203 over 116. Never in my life has my blood pressure been that high. They had took me off of metoprolol 25mg because I was having irregular heartbeats for about 6 months. I am seeking a doctor, for one that will listen and not just try to rush through the visit. I have severe problems with my lumbar3, 4 and 5. Also have Fybromyalga and migraines. Because of the pain I am also severely depressed. It's been about 17 years that I have not had one day without pain. One of my biggest fears is having the doctor think I'm out just to seek the drugs.
