I would travel to the Mexican border cities. The only safe Mexican town is Progreso. It is south of Weslaco TX. The Mexican border is a true war zone and you have to be very careful. You should be able to buy in any Mexican pharmacy. Going through customs is an experience but not a problem the times I have gone.

My mother and I have been using Rumoquin NF for severe pain, which we believe is arthritis. So far, it is the only medicine that alleviates the pain; however, if we don't take it every day, the pain comes back, and it is very strong. I am quite concerned about the side effects. What could they be? We live in Mexico for the winter. I have osteoarthritis in my hip and leg and have just started taking rumoquin NF - it is amazing. But I have trouble sleeping sometimes - can I take a rumoquin pill and also 1/2 zopiclone before bedtime? ## Rumoquin contains Methocarbamol (a msucle relaxant), Dexamethasone (a corticosteroid) and Phenylbutazone (a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory). It's a round lavender pill with no imprint on the pill itself. ## Sorry, I can't find anything under that name in prescription databases or otherwise. If there are no imprints on the pill, then it is not a prescription drug from the US, of any kind. All prescriptions sold legally in the US must have, by law, a unique imprint for ID purposes. That's honestly the only place I've heard about people getting it from. Because these are all prescribed drugs, the doctor who is prescribing them to you should be aware of anything else you are taking alongside them.
