Round white pill with RUGBY on one side and 3937 on the other. Can anyone tell me what this is? Thanks! ## Hello, Mgilman12! How are you? Where did you find it? I'm very curious, since Rugby was purchased by Watson pharmaceuticals back in 1998 and the Rugby logo was discontinued, so that means that these have to be quite old. I've been unable to find an identification, so far, but I'll keep looking and post back, when I have more information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Wow... I found 3 of these cleaning out an old desk

It is still available, however, from other companies. One of the various brand names for it is Bentyl. If this was prescribed for your wife, isn't the name on the bottle label or prescribing information?

I found bigger in size white oval pill in my house, one side it says RUGBY and on the other side it has these numbers 3978. Not sure what it is if anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! ## Would you mind double checking the marking to confirm that the numbers are 3978? The closest number combinations I'm currently finding are 3918 and 3958. Since we do know that the manufacturer is Rugby, it may be a good idea to contact them directly (via the link below) if neither of these fit your description: rugbylaboratories.com/?m=contact I hope this info helps!

I found a Round Light Blue Pill with RUGBY on one side and 4812 on the other side. I can't get a match for it anywhere online. What the hell is it. I normally can find a match after searching a bit but no luck. Help please. ## I'm sorry, but I can't find a listing for this in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources. I'm wondering if it's perhaps an older tablet that is no longer being manufactured, or a foreign medication. Where was it found/obtained?

Hi, I found some old pills, they are small round and white, with rugby on one side and 3235 on the other. I've been unable to find any identification for them seeing as they've long since been discontinued. Nevertheless, my curiosity has been piqued and I wonder if anyone else might be able to identify this pill. Thanks ## I have these too. I don't know what they are.

Old pills, maybe no longer made. It is a big, oblong, white pill. Scored on the back. One side has RUGBY, the other side has 3914. ## This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Lortab, this is a narcotic pain reliever and YES, it has been discontinued. What is this? Please help found it and can't figure out what it is at all! ## Hello, Joe! How are you? What shape and color is the pill? I know there is one that is round and dark brown with black writing, so it's very hard to read. It has the imprint 4903 RUGBY and they list it as containing 10mgs of Chlorpromazine. The FDA lists this medication as being used to treat severe behavior disorders, such as schizophrenia, psychosis and anxiety. Its typical side effects may possibly include dizziness, drowsiness, confusion and somnolence.

rugby 4840 small round white pill. What is it? ## rugby 4604 oblong white pill what is it??? thanks ## Rugby imprints were discontinued years ago, when the company was purchased by another, I think it may have been Watson, but don't quote me on that. LOL Anyway, from what I've been able to find, the one with the 4840 marking is said to have contained Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant, though I cannot confirm that and haven't been able to find a dosage. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dry mouth, and headache. The one with the 4604 marking is listed as having contained 400mgs of Ibuprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. What are the markings on the rugby brand? ## The 5/500mg tablet manufactured by RUGBY, which is actually now a part of Watson Pharmaceuticals, are white, oblong tablets, with the word RUGBY on one side and the numbers 3914 on the opposite side. Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is a narcotic pain reliever, the active ingredients in Vicodin. This medication may cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, constipation and headache. Learn more: Does that match the markings on the tablet you are questioning? If not please post back with the imprint and I will gladly look it up for you.

Moved into a new home and found a very pretty pill box. In it are small light blue pills on one side it says rugby. The other side is scored with 4313 on it. I'm very curious. I'm a nurse and these are not familiar to me. ## Hello, Selina! How are you? I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the databases that I've checked, either. From what I've found, Rugby only has one round, blue tablet that's currently available on the U.S. prescription drug market and the numbers used on it are 3593. If it was a good quality pill box, then it's highly possible that it sealed out any moisture that would have hastened degradation, so they may be something that is quite old and no longer being manufactured. There have been many instances of tablets in well...

What are b1andb12 good for vitamins will these give energy ## Hello, Tony! How are you? As listed by the NIH, the b vitamins are vital to your overall health, our bodies need a certain amount of them each day. They are essential to nerve health and function, and yes, they are also vital to our overall energy levels. However, taking too much of some of them can be dangerous, so please don't exceed the prescribed amount. They may also cause some nausea, in some people that take them, as a side effect. Is there anything else I can help with?

what is this pill? I found a bottle at my dad's house who recently passed away. The caregiver stole all other presciption drugs but this jar. Just curious. ## I found a bottle of these exact pills (Rugby 3 on one side, 3227 on the reverse side) in a trash heap on my property where someone was illegally dumping garbage before we bought the land. I have searched several pill identifying sites, and searched the PDR, with no results. ## Hello, From what I could gather, a round white pill marked with Rugby 3/3227 is identified as 30mg Codeine + 300mg Acetaminophen (generic Tylenol #3); which are used for the relief of mild to severe pain. This pill is probably quite old, being that Watson Pharmaceuticals acquired Rugby in 1998. Learn More: Acetaminophen + Codeine Details I hope this info...

Found a round white pill made by Rugby with the numbers 3977 on it. Trying to figure out what it was for. ## Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? I am not finding a pill with 3977 on it in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. Does it also say Rugby on it? There is a good possibility that it is something available over the counter or a foreign medication. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Pill clearly says RUGBY on it on one side. It is a yellow tablet, 9mm in diameter. One side is blank, the other has 0665 on top of the score and 1393 below it. Have found nothing concerning it on the web. ## Hello, Billy! How are you? The 0665 is used by Rugby on some of their products, but I can't find anything with 1393 on it. It makes me wonder if it's possibly an older medication that is no longer being manufactured. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
