i found these pills, and i looked to see what they were and they are white with an imprint of "rp143" on one side, and blank on the other. ## Hello, Noah! How are you? Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Noah, I take LACTASE 3MU AND MY PILLS are small (oval/rectangle) shape with imprint RP143 ## These are lactase enzyme pills--dairy relief for those will lactose intolerance. I know because I take them, and have a bottle here on my desk.
