Yellow -round pill-with the letters: RP, on one side, and the #: 15, on the other. Can you tell me what the name of the pill is please? Thank you! ## The closes possible match I was able to find was a round yellow pill with RP on one side and 51 on the other. There's a picture of it here. If you feel this is a match then it is a Dextrostat 5 mg, most commonly used to help with concentration, attention span, emotional control, and also helps with overactive/restless behavior.

Now I wonder if it is as good as the yellow I have been taking ?? Or have I been switched to a less effective generic by my pharmacist bcuz he samed money on a batch of something that is not going to work as well for me ## Hello, Larry! How are you? These tablets are listed as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredients in Percocet or Roxicet. Which generic your pharmacy carries may change, at any given time, depending on which manufacturer was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. Found my old script from when I had my surgery. The pills I found have rp on one side and 10 325 on the other side. Are they the same as oxycodone 10 mg pink pills? ## The tablets you found are a generic for Percocet, which contain 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation, headache, and dry mouth. Which one has currently been prescribed for you, is it one without the Acetaminophen?

At age 50, had to take pain meds for the 1st time in my life ourside of hospital surgical.procedures. Been on Percocet 10/325 for almost 2 yrs now, with NO increase in quantity prescribed. In fact, I TRY to NOT take unless really needed. This month I had my Rx filled at a pharmacy newly added to my insurance plan as is closer to my home. BIG MISTAKE! They filled my Rd with these RP 10 325 tablets. I hadn't taken a pill in 15 hrs when sent hubby to pharmacy. He brought these home & altho I'd not seen this particular generic, thought nothing of it. I've had at least 3 or 4 diff generics throughout the almost 2yrs, and altho I best like the yellow larger round pills (? I dunno name brand), they ALL do basically the same thing? Not these! I took my 1st pill in 17hrs and went...

These are actually regular release tablets, they should start working about 15 to 20 minutes after taking them. The only actually instant release Oxycodone that is available is a 5mg capsule. I have been prescribed 10mg oxycodone for the passed 2 years, 4x daily and have never had any problem with the ones I usually get (pink). This last rx the pharmacy gave me the RP 10s made by Rhodes Pharm. And I have never had a oxycodone make me so sick, sweating nausea, headache, chills. And to top it off no pain relief what so ever. Is it me or has anybody else had the same experience? I was wondering if the pharmacy could replace them. Any suggestions? ## Hi Carolyn, Sorry to hear about your situation and being stuck with inferior pain medication. From what I've seen in related threads here on MedsChat, many other patients expressed similar feelings surrounding the efficacy and side effects of this Rhode's product. Unfortunately, pharmacies don't typically allow patients ...

Please identify this large (almost 1 in. diameter) pink round tablet or lozenge with imprint RP on top, 115 below. What is this? It's a large flat grayish tablet ## Hi Lillie, Just had a few questions pertaining to your pill description: Is the RP and 115 on the same side of the tablet? What shape is the tablet? Any possibility that the "R" could be an "A", based on the font or pill condition? The closest match I've seen here is a white oblong shaped pill with AP on one side and 115 on the back. This particular tablet reportedly contains 0.375 mg of Hyoscyamine sulfate ER; used for treating various digestive problems, including IBS. For verification, the manufacturer who makes this is called Franklin Pharma and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 50532-0115. I hope this helps! ## We just found the same tablet, it was large and whitish, with RP 115 on the same side...

I have been going to pain management for 20 years. This time around, I got a new Oxycodone Hydrochloride pill marked "RP-20", which doesn’t seem the same as other 20 mg pain pills I've had. Does anyone know if it's an instant release or extended release tablet? ## They are made by rhodes and I believe they are instant release. Mine were anyway. ## I was told by a medical professional I trust it most likely is an immediate release type from Rhodes Pharmaceuticals as they have taken over a large part of making these meds once dominated by Mallinkrodt

Hello. I was just given a refill of 5-325 Oxycodone/Acetaminophen (Percocet). These pills are much smaller than the large white pills I normally take (8 yrs). These new pills have RP on one side. So far I have taken 2 and they don't feel as strong as what I'm used to. Can anyone comment if in fact this is a good generic or should I avoid getting them in the future? ## Hi Tom, I can't say for sure whether or not their quality/potency is comparable to other manufacturers, but if they aren't as strong as what you're used to taking, one theory I had is that the manufacturer (Rhodes Pharmaceuticals) may be using a different set of binders and fillers (inert ingredients) than their counterparts from other manufacturers. According to numerous patient reviews I'm seeing ...

Can someone please tell me what this round white pill is that has R/P and 5 on the other side? I know it's a 5mg Percocet but I don't know if it's extended release or quick release? The tablet in question, however, is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. This is an over the counter product that contains 400mgs of Guaifenesin and 20mgs of Dextromethorphan, it is a generic or store brand of a cold symptom relief product.
