Roxicodone 30mg Name Brand

I have been taking this drug for 11 yrs.. i seen a drug rep's book on pain med's, it read generics can be made with up to but not more than 60% less active ingredient. That why the brand med's only work and the others usually just make you sick to your stomach. That why they can charge you so much less. Think about, when your in the hospital they only use brand medicine and they work there. Then you go home and your insurance company gives you generics ay a third of the cost and no help. I have been prescribed Roxicodone for the last 5 years and the price has always stayed the same,now for the last 2 months everyone I know that gets them has complained that the price has doubled and that in January they are going to gel.Does anyone know the reason for this.I live in Tennessee,and is the gel true? ## This is just my opinion, but I believe one of a few possible reasons behind the significant price increase and change in formulation is somewhat due to the increasingly large number of people buying the drug just to abuse it. Can someone please help me find the Brand Roxicodone for my chornic pain. Have found out that the binders in the generic pills are causing me health problems. My pain Dr. has written my script for Roxicodone, but I cannot find a Pharmacy in Colorado Springs, CO that has them. I take the 30mg size pill. Can anyone help me?

Yes, can anyone tell me why the generic Roxicodone 30mg with the V mark is not as strong as the R-215 or the M-30 brands of the same medicine? The FDA considers these differences to be acceptable therapeutic windows. However, they can differ by as much as plus or minus 20% of the active ingredient. Yes, a friend of mine showed me a Dark blue (like the Vs) M 30... I get them myself & took 1 & I never get sleepy but I feel like I can't hold my eyes open.. He says they are a brand from over seas... I can't find anything on them & I'm afraid he could harm himself if they aren't real... ## If they are M30 and dark blue like the Vs then they are fake. Real M30 are very light blue almost white. I wouldn't trust anything overseas. They are fake and they sell pill presses on eBay that say M30 among other things. The pharmacy that I use changed my brand of Oxycodone every month. Where can I find a pharmacy that stocks the M F brand that I am used to taking? And why to different brands have a different effect on me? Serious spine issues. Too many to list, multiple sugeries, multiple needed surgeries and failed surgeries. My doc prescribes 30mg of oxicodone/roxi whatever. My pills have always been blue. This time, my insurance company decided I was taking too much, lowered my dose and gave me some white NP 15 generic brand equal to 30mg. Load of crap. They do not help with the pain AT ALL. I tried taking 3 at one time. No relief. I feel it's a plecebo. I'm sweating, in pain, and no one gives a rats ass. This medicine allows me to work. I can not afford to live on disability. Is there a list of name brands of Oxycodone 30mg that are rated by consumers from the best to worst? Meaning the meds that worked the best for most patients. ## The only name brand roxicodone has 54 199 imprinted on them and you can tell a huge difference. ## If such a list did exist, my guess is that it wouldn't be accurate enough to be useful, as we all react/respond differently to not only the active ingredient (based on tolerance, side effects, etc), but also the inactive ingredients that affect bioavailability and cause side effects as well. What does a roxy 10mg look like? ## @Cody, Based on my research, they don't make Roxicodone in 10mg form. It only appears to come in 5mg, 15mg, & 30mg tablets. If you're not worried about the brand and don't mind generic options, Oxycodone itself does come in 10mg form.
