Anyone got an idea?? ## These are manufactured by Roxane and they list them as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, sold under the brand name Percocet. This pill was in my script for Lasix. It is smaller and thicker with scored halves. Looks like 54 on top and 583 on the bottom. Rx filled & wondering about oxymorphone 10 mg ir by roxane, what Ive gotten previously. Now got 10 mg ir by teva. The teva doesn't seem to give as much relief. If you had to go without for 2 days, then your pain has actually been aggravated by the rebound effect that can occur with a sudden withdrawal of these types of medications…and that's on top of the typical withdrawal symptoms. My insurance change thus my pm doc changed. He switched me from 100mg er morphine 3xday with 4 10/325 percocet daily and 2 350mg soma to up to 3 30mg ir morphine 4x daily only for pain. No breakthrough med and no muscle relaxer. Am I going to stiffer major wd?or is this captains with what I was taking? I have been taking roxane/west-ward pill # 54 411 for over a year now. When I filled my September script, I immediately noticed that it didn't work like before? All other meds the same. It has helped significantly with pain control n sleep. But from the very 1st pill, it didn't help. I know roxane was bought out, but that shouldn't change it? Anyone else notice a difference? I have been on the 10 mgs roxane methadones, 70 mgs daily, for 6 yrs for pain management. I've tried the mallinckrodt but they didn't work as well on me, and several others I know taking methadones for pain. My pharmacy and all the local pharmacies have now quit carrying roxanes and just have the malli's and Acends. I've heard terrible things about the Acends like withdrawals and not working at all. Ive done a lot of research and learned The Roxane Methadones have a distinct taste and disolve super fast but the Malli's are harder to disolve and even though they have the same ingredients they have sand in its inactive ingredient, roxanes don't. This white pill is very small. On one side has the number 359 and 54. the number 54 is on top of the 359. round white pill 54 411 on one side and the other blank ## its an 8mg generic subutex, same as suboxone ## This is a Generic Subutex OPIOD pill used to treat opiod dependence as in heroin addicts, etc. Sort of like Methadone. These pills are very very new as generics and hard to find, they were released by roxane pharmacuticals on october 9th of 2009.
