subject in title - ID? Q on top, 100 on bottom, blank on back, Canadian. ## I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find an identification for this, even in our Canadian pill resources. This leads me to suspect that it might be something available over the counter, or perhaps a medication from yet another country that was imported into Canada. I have found a pill that is tiny like a mini M&M, round and a pale yellow colour. One side has 100 imprinted above the score mark and the other side has nothing on it. There is mot a coating on it either. I've had no luck whatsoever in identifying this pill online but two images have been close; trazodone or morphine. Any ideas?

I need to know what a round yellow pill is with M on one side and 023 on the other? ## Is there any chance that the 023 is actually D23? I located a round yellow pill with a capital M on one side and D23 on the other. However the letter D is illustrated in such a way that it could easily be mistaken for a 0. This particular pill is reportedly identified as Doxycycline monohydrate (100mg); an antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. The pill is round, color is yellowish-orange. Imprint Q one side, 100 on the other. Cannot find the right pill anywhere. ## It is round but has bulging sides on either side with the imprint, not flat. ## I'm sorry, but I can't find anything that matches this description and marking, either. The most likely reason for that is because it's probably an over the counter product and those imprints aren't required to be logged with the FDA. Where did you find it?
