Round Yellow Pill With 25 On It

Found this pill in my grandmas house. I think it's orange but some may call it yellow. It's got AP 25 on one side and a weird looking P on the other side. I used to buy it at Costco and have not seen it there lately. thank you ## Hi Maggie, Based on my research, the round yellow tablet marked 255 is identified as OTC Chlorpheniramine Maleate (4mg); which is used to treat allergy and cold symptoms. If you believe Costco may have stopped carrying it for one reason or another, I would suggest contacting their pharmacy department to see if that's really the case, or if they simply forgot to restock it. Hi my friend gave me 2 of these to help with my chronic migraines - she said it was generic endone. They're tiny (but bigger than a birth control pill) bright yellow with the imprint IA, then a score with 25 underneath. Nothing on the other side.
