Came across a yellowish brown pill with oc on one side and 40 on the other. I was thinking it might be oxys but the number 4 caught my eye. Its closed off at the top otger oxys I came across always had a open 4. The 4 looks just like the one used here 4. They are from the Philippines that much I know. ## Hello bongomatix, From what I could gather, it looks like you are right about the legitimate 40mg Oxycontin having an "open ended 4" on them. The pill you came across seems to fit every other aspect of the description of a 40mg Oxycontin. But on top of that, with it being from the Philippines I have a good hunch that it's probably counterfeit/fake, since its real manufacturer is US based. Hopefully you didn't spend too much money on it, because legitimate manufacturers d...

What is this pill white round pill with e on one side and 40 on the other side ## Is it possibly a pale yellow? The only listing I have for one with an E on one side and a 40 on the other is pale yellow and is a 40mg Opana ER tablet, which is a narcotic analgesic. Learn more Opana details here. Where did you find it? ## Hi Nicole, Is there any chance that your pill might have an off-white color with more of a yellowish tint to it? Only asking because the pill that fits your description the most is regarded as being yellow and not white. A round yellow pill with an E on one side and a 40 on the other is identified as Opana ER 40 mg; which is used in the treatment of pain. Manufacturer: Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. The only other match that came close was a white round pill that had E and 40...

Found a pill in my daughter's room - it's a yellowish round pill with M in a box and numbers 595 on other side. Anyone know what it is? ## The round yellow pill with M on one side and 595 on other side is the generic oxycontin pain killer 40mg. It is extremely addictive so you should talk to your daughter about it asap. ## I am holding one in my hand at the moment, and it is 100% a 40mg Controlled Release Oxycodone. This is a highly potent drug, and if it is not prescribed for your daughter, than it is also very illegal. Hope that this helps. ## Well, there is no doubt it is an oxy, and that's an opium, which is highly addictive and starts to hurt you Cuz Once you r addicted, I'd you don't have it, you become what is called "DOPE SICK" this it's very very...

What is a round yellow flat pill with "novo | 40" on one side and blank on the other? It was given to me for pain. ## Hi Chris, A 'D-shaped' light brown (may be perceived as yellow) pill marked with novo 40 is reportedly identified as famotidine 40 mg, made by Teva in Canada. For verification, the Drug Identification Number (DIN) is listed as 02022141. Famotidine is marketed for use in treating symptoms of GERD, stomach ulcers and heartburn, among other uses. If you think your pill may be different, I would probably recommend contacting Teva Canada directly just to get a second opinion since the shape or color may be changed by the manufacturer without any prior public announcement. Hope this helps! ## I found a yellow round pill with 40 on one side and novo on the other...

Was given this to take every 12 hours by my pain doctor due to severe pain and having to have spinal and neck surgery. It really doesn't help and now people are telling me it's generic. It has 40 on one side and op on the other side. ## Hello, Punkin! How are you? No, the tablets with the OP marking are manufactured by Purdue Pharma and they are the name brand Oxycontin. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, not every medication works for everyone that tries it, so you may need to try something else. Is there anything else I can help with? ## punkin: you would have to look at your rx bottle cuz it should say wha...

yellow round pill, writing on one side 40, OP on the other side ## round pill 40 on one side and OP on other side and its yellow. is this an oxycontin generic? ## i have the same thing and wtf is it? ## They have reformulated oxycontin to make it less likely to be abused. It is more difficult to chew or crush and can not be injected by abusers. So it is a oxycontin 40 mg that is tamper resistant ## i have the same thing only the substance will not show up in a data base from poison controll and does not give you the high ## do they still make real ocor just the ones that have the op on them? ## OP is the replacement oxycontin. what could it be? l above a score then r no imprint on the other side it's kinda off yellow mustard like.. ## Its Quetiapine(seroquel) 400mg ## Hi Tj, The imprint I found for Quetiapine (seroquel) 400 mg is actually L on one side and R on the other, as opposed to the L and R being on the same side divided by a score. I've been searching though, and the Quetiapine is the closest match so far... I haven't been able to find a pill that matches the exact imprint you described. I'll post some information about Quetiapine down below just in case: Quetiapine (pron.: /kwta.pin/ kwi-ty--peen) (branded as Seroquel, Xeroquel, Ketipinor), is an atypical antipsychotic approved for the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and in the XR version along with an SSRI to treat majo...

Would like to know who distributes a 40mg yellow oxycodone with half moon and 330? What company? ## Hi Rebecca - The "half moon" sounds a lot like either the old Actavis logo or the Alvogen logo. Unfortunately I can't find a version with 330 on it from their product listings. Actavis does distribute a 40mg yellow oxycodone but with "OP 40" on it. But Alvogen's markings are a bit closer - They have an Oxycodone 10mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg pill (generic Percocet) which is round and yellow with the inscription 230 along with the Alvogen logo on them (NDC 47781-230). Does this possibly sound like what you might have? If you see a Google Image search for the Alvogen logo it could help to you verify that half moon. Please let me know if this helps at all. a yellowish, round (cylindrical) pill with rounded (convex) top and bottom...waxy coated with white interor, but interior has texture consistency similar to a hard gummy-bear candy. Chewing it is difficult, as tough dried-jelly-like interior is very cohesive and sticky...it tends to work its way into tooth's biting surface irregularities, and is compacted into spaces between teeth, where it can take 30 or more minutes to disolve. Taste is just like oxycodone but more subtle than Oxycontin. Not scored, smaller than a raisin, one side says OP and other side says 40. Is this the new tamper proof oxycontin?? ## That's exactly right, this is the new Oxycontin OP 40mg. If so, Purdue Pharma lists it as being a 40mg Oxycontin tablet, which is no longer manufactured. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, constipation, headache, and dry mouth. They changed their formulation a few years ago, and now use the OP marking, they have also made them more abuse proof.

I found a small yellow round pill with cls 4 or cls 4 (second one is c slash s). Cls on top and 4 on bottom, plain on other side. Does anyone know what this is? I've been searching the internet and even called poison control and they didn't have it listed. Said it might be because its new. ## I may have located a match to your pill, however I cannot view a photo of it, just a description that appears to be similar to yours. The imprint reads "C54" as opposed to "CS4". Because there is no photo I also cannot verify if there is a score line on the pill. It is identified as Tribenzor (amlodipine 5 mg + hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg + olmesartan 40 mg); which is used to treat high blood pressure.
