I have a small round yellow pill. It has a "C" on one side and "49" on the other. My doctor write a prescription for Norco but I've never seen anything like this. It is a small round yellow pill blank on one side. The other side has a 20 at the top of the circle with the number 26 underneath. I got 15 pills which are supposed to be 30 mg Oxycodone. I have always filled my Rx in the USA. I need to know a few more details. The pill is a yellow rounded shape with only one imprint which is a triangle shape. Another person mentioned they are manufactured in the Dominican Republic.
