Round Yellow Pill K On One Side Nothing Else

Small yellow round pills with the letter E on one side, nothing on the other. I think it is an enteric coated generic aspirin. Take an aspirin 81 mg daily with warfarin, but want to be sure of the identity of these before consuming. Thanks. ## Never mind responding. I'm sure the pills are enteric coated aspirin 81 mg. If not they haven't killed me yet, and I'm taking them daily with my warfarin.

A 26 year old male, previous drug abuser (don't know what drugs) was admitted to a psychiatric unit for over a month, tried to commit suicide, jumped off a bridge, but survived, is now into going to the gym big time and protein drinks. He has an obnoxious attitude, dirty bedroom, keeps himself clean, very bolshie and verbal if confronted by his elderly parents. He panicked at the potential loss of 41 pale yellow tablets (with 5 on one side and nothing on the other) when I cleaned his room. Trying to figure out what I've stumbled upon. Its yellow/white or beige/white in colour, the only markings I can find is a 40 stamped in brown on one side and nothing on the other. The edges are rounded and smooth, its got a coating on it. Looked it up and so far no luck figuring out what it is, please help!
