I found one of these round bright yellow coated pills. It's a bit smaller than a dime. Imprint 903, no mistaking it for any other numbers. No imprint on the other side. Kind of thick. Very curious about what it is? Potassium Chloride Er 10 Meq? ## In my investigation, Potassium Chloride Er 10 Meq has a different pill description altogether. I was wondering what kind of pill I found. It is a bright yellow, round pill, about the size of a dime, with a coating on it and an imprint of 903. ## I located a small round yellow pill with 904 on one side and blank on the back. The N and the 100 are on opposite sides of the flat, light yellow, circular, coated pressed pill. The edges are ever so slightly beveled on both sides- barely even so. Small yellow round pills with the letter E on one side, nothing on the other. I think it is an enteric coated generic aspirin. Take an aspirin 81 mg daily with warfarin, but want to be sure of the identity of these before consuming. Thanks. ## Never mind responding. I'm sure the pills are enteric coated aspirin 81 mg. If not they haven't killed me yet, and I'm taking them daily with my warfarin.

My friend gave me this pill and told me that it was ordered online from the United States, and that it helps with anxiety. Cannot find this pill anywhere and i wanted to know what it is exactly. The story is that they came from a doctor in Chinatown... I live in Seattle, WA . One side of the pill is blank, the other has a capital HC on the top half, divided by a split mark (so to easily break the pill in half)- and the numbers 1402 on the lower half. The pill appears coated, a bit glossy. The imprinted numbers on the lower half appear to slant a bit. Thats about all I can tell you, any help would greatly be appreciated.
