A friend of my husbands mentioned that he was taking subxone. I was curious as to what it was. He showed one to me but it looks exactly like a generic percocet but has different numbers. A FRIEND SHOWED ME THE PILL. IT AS A LARGE WHITE ROUND PILL. IT HAS A LINE DOWN THE MIDDLE ON ONE SIDE. THAT IS THE ONLY THING ON IT. IT SMELLS LIKE A VITAMIN. All prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have markings to enable their identification. The only tablets without markings would have to be over the counter products. That said, there are many possibilities for what it might contain, but if it smells like a vitamin, then that's as good of a guess as any. Is there anything else I can help with?

Found these in my daughters purse, two of them in a baggie that shows a piece of paper made in china, cant be correct wrapper but looks sort of like a over sized tums and tastes sort of minty. The side that doesn't have 40 on it has a line down the middle but i can't read what it has going around the pill ## The closest match I could find shows that the pill is identified as Furosemide (40 mg). However the markings you are unable to read can significantly change what this pill could be. On this specific pill I located, the number 40 is on one side; and on the other side there is a score line across the middle, with the words 'Mylan' on the top half of the line and the numbers '216' on the bottom half. Does this sound or look familiar based on what you can see? It has a letter V on the front looks like the vicodin's letter V. Then on the back it has a line in the center dividing the numbers 48 on one side then 11 on the other side of the line. so it is 48 line 11. does anybody know what it is. Hi, first time I was prescribed a round pill identified as v4839 Percocet 5mg. Now I have v4829 .. Saying its 325.10mg. I need to know if I can break it in half. 10 mg is to strong. Also my pills are white and the picture coming up on the website is yellow.. I always double check my scripts to make sure it's correct . Do you know why the internet shows yellow and why mine is white? ## These tablets are a light yellow. That probably explains why it appears to be white to you. Sometimes going outside and looking at it in the sunllight can help you see the light yellow. 4829 v is 10 mg oxycodone and 325 mg Acetaminophen. This is generic for Percocet 10/325. It is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. You can cut it in half because it is immediate release.

A friend recently found a pill at her house that she asked me to help her identify. I have checked through my pharmaceutical "Drug Handbook," looked all over the net, and spoke with a pharmacist, all with no luck. The pharmacist said that there database showed no such pill or anything close. Weird huh? The pill is a SOLID WHITE TABLET, it seems to have a slight wax coating (not powdery), & deeply scored on both sides. The shape is oblong or rectangle with rounded edges, much like a Lortab. The ONLY inscription is 1 2 on the front (numbers separated by the score), and nothing on the back. I've never been unable to identify a medication before, so I am thinking it may be from Mexico or somewhere else. She has children and is concerned, and now it's bugging the heck out...

I've even tried looking under the imprints separately, in case there was an error in one. It could be an over the counter item or a foreign medication.
