I found five tiny (less than 1/8 diameter) round white tablets, each with a 4 imprinted on one side and nothing on the other in our bedroom. Neither my husband or I have any idea where they came from. We have no kids. Only a neighbor has been in the house feeding our cat in the last week. I hate to ask her if these are her drugs. Can you identify them? ## There are a number of different meds out there with just the # 4 on them, but the closest match based on your description is most likely Ibuprofen 400 mg. Is there any other information you can post abot the pills? Do they appear to be coated? You mentioned round and white, so I just wanted to make sure of that as well. There is a completely different drug with the imprint 4, but it is white and oval in shape. Hope this helps! ## Thank...

There are various reasons that your menstrual cycle could be irregular, even if you aren't pregnant, such as stress, exercising more than usual, a hormonal imbalance and quite a few others. In this case, you need to see a doctor to determine what is causing it and to get proper treatment, if necessary. Are there any other questions or comments?

Hi- I need some help ID'ing these pills my friend received from India. They were told that they were phentermine 37.5, but they don't look like anything I've ever seen. They are very small, circular, pure white (no blue bits or anything) with one cross hatch. The imprint is A above the line and 215 below. I'm a little concerned they may be oxy, but they aren't blue. Anyone ever come across these? Thanks! ## Hi Branch, Typical round pills marked with "A" over a score line and "215" below it, are usually associated with 30mg Oxycodone made by Actavis - However, like you said, their pills are blue and not white. Because your description is that of a white pill bearing the same exact imprint as a legitimate medication here in the US, this leads me to beli...

I found a round, white, scored pill. cg on one side.IP on the scored side. I have been able to locate it on the internet ## I'm sorry, but I can't find any listings for this tablet, either. What that most likely means is that it's probably an over the counter product. They are not require to log such imprints with the FDA, as is done with prescription medications. Where did you find it? Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.

It's a little round white pill with a u on one side and a slit on the other. Can you tell me what it is? ## Hi Elizabeth, The description doesn't sound like anything I've ever encountered on a US prescription drug, so my thoughts are naturally leaning in the direction of something that was made overseas. If that is the case by chance, I'd be interested to know whether you have any specific details on its origin or how you might've come about it? One other question I have due to the lack of information I'm able to find on the internet, is if it's apparent that the letter "U" is being represented as any type of pharmaceutical logo or symbol that depicts a certain manufacturer? I find this to be the case with some drug companies such as Actavis who put u...

someone gave it to me and told me that it is Niacin, there is absolutely nothing on the pill. It is smooth on both sides. ## If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication. Many supplements look like this, including Niacin and have no markings. Was it given to you by someone who obtained it in the U.S.?
