What is this pill? It has SX imprinted on both sides with a line through the middle of the letters and the middle of the pill. ## Did you ever find out what this pill is? its very small round pill thats white and it has R on one side and I on the other side ## Hello, Dillon! How are you? I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the databases that I've checked, so far. The relative obscureness of this imprint leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Where was it found? some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Almost as small as a bb or pellet. A "z" or possibly a "n". Nothing on adjacent side. Found in a small vial brown glass white lid with quite a few in it. ## I can't be certain, but I have a suspicion that these may be 3.125mg Carvedilol tablets, they meet this description and have a Z on one side and though there is supposed to be a 1 on the other, it really doesn't show well on most of the tablets I have in my bottle. As I said, I can't be certain, but this is a possibility. Carvedilol is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Does anyone else know of any pills that meet this description?

Found a small round white pill that has a score on one side and the other side says NO28. What is it? ## Is there any chance that the imprint says N029 as opposed to N028? I located a round white pill with N029 on one side and scored on the back (just as you described) to be identified as Baclofen 10 mg; which is prescribed as a skeletal muscle relaxant.
