unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. Good Luck Bobby ## From what I could gather, This white round pill marked "N" over "25" on one side, contains a combination of 25mg Ephedrine + 200mg Guaifenesin made by PDK Labs. The brand name is said to be "Two-Way MaxBrand", and these are confirmed to have the cross scores on the back. Thi...

found a white round tablet with an x imprinted on both sides. about the size of an altoid. ## It sounds like the X is probably just score lines on the tablet and without any other real markings, there is no way to positively identify it. I am sorry, I wish I could be or more help. Did you find it in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Sounds like the ones I found in my house (cleaning lady, kids?). One half an inch in diameter. Two wide (about 1/32 of an inch) lines cross, to form a long off-centered and slightly askew X on both sides. These are not scores, but a design that looks like two skis (angle is about 20 degrees). The pill's faces are slightly rounded outwards, not flat, like two dishes face-to-face.

This is supposed to be clonazepam. It tastes more like xanax, but dissolves very quickly. Same basic effect as weak/cheap clonazepam. I need an identification for sure, a picture definitely. ## @Annabelle, As of yet, the closest match I'm finding is a white round pill imprinted with "S" on one side and scored once on the other side. This particular pill is identified as Serophene 50 mg; used primarily in the treatment of female infertility. I know you mentioned that your pill had 4 score lines as opposed to 1. Perhaps this can at least help narrow down your search. I do wonder though if the "S" or "Z" logo you're describing is actually depicted as something else in search engines, since my options on Google didn't match up. Has anyone else seen this p...

its a small round white pill that is scored both ways on one side and it is blank on the other ## I was sold Street Speed that follows the description you provided, and my product is some sort of amphetamine. I need to take 2-4 to really notice it though, and it takes 1-2 hours to kick in on a full or empty stomach. There were tiny red specs in/on the pill though, i did finally notice. Hope this helped ## i found one of these. did you ever find out what it was ## Hello, Unfortunately I would not be able to identify the pill if it has two scores but no imprint. If this is the case it is likely that what you are describing is a vitamin/supplement. Just in case the pill is a white round pill with an x imprint and not two scores, it could be a Edluar pill. According to the NIH this medicati...

white round pill letter N 25 on the front and 3 line on the back ## Hi Karen, The pill you are describing is a 25mg Ephedrine + 200 mg Guaifenesin tablet, made by PDK Labs. The brand name for this pill is "Two-Way MaxBrand". These do have cross scores on the back. Ephedrine is commonly used as a stimulant, appetite suppressant, concentration aid, decongestant, and to treat hypotension associated with anaesthesia. Guaifenesin is used to relieve chest congestion. An interesting combination of medications in my opinion, but it is what it is. :) For more information about these drugs, please refer to the links below... I hope this helps!

Prescribed in 1956 for nervousness to take 3 times a day ## I'm sorry to say that I have no ideas to offer you. That is a very vague description and drug laws were much looser back then, so it is almost impossible to guess what it could have been. Does anyone else have any ideas?

whitepill rlly flat or skinny wide no scores but imprinted F1 on top. taste bitter. pressed but alittle crumbly any iideas as to what this is? ## Some Tylenol tabs have a very similar description. (my opinion) ## Hi Khal, The closest match I've been able to locate is Felodipine extended release (2.5 mg). It is a round white pill with the imprint F11 on one side and M on the other. I found a small white round pill that is marked with just a 5 on one side and blank, but deeply scored on the other side. ## Hi Bruce, Generic Percocet made by Mallinckrodt, containing 5mgs of oxycodone + 325mgs of acetaminophen is really the only thing that comes remotely close to your description upon doing a google search. This particular tablet is marked with "512" on one side and is scored on the other. For added verification, it is also reported to be approximately 12.00 mm in diameter. Maybe that could help determine if there are other similarities as well. Any chance there could've been more numbers that were potentially faded/smudged off your pill? I hope this helps! ## What kind of pill is white, medium sized, blank on one side and scores with a cross on the other

Pill is worn, can only make out the last number which is 4. there appears to be a couple characters/numbers before the 4. Can not make out anything on reverse side. no imprints or scores. only the black type number/lettering. ## It's rather hard, without knowing the complete imprint, however, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else have any ideas? ## It's white round with a black 4 on it ## Hmmm, seems likely to be a Glipizide tablet manufactured by Zydus (NDC 68382-0337). Does it look like the following image? I have a round white pill with no scores or no markings at all. Said to be a pain management prescription. Claimed to be a percocet 10! Anybody??? ## All Percocet tablets available by prescription in the U.S. have markings on them. This is required by law to enable their identification in case of emergency. If the tablet has no imprint, then we can rule it out as being any type of prescription medication available on the U.S. market. It is most likely an over the counter product. Where was it found?

I am just trying to identify some medication that I found in my parents old house. If anyone can tell me what these are that would be great, thank you. ## Do you have any idea how old they might be?
