I have a handful of small white round pills with J on one side and 18 on the other. I cannot find this exact configuration on any website. The closest I can find is J 10 or J 5, which are Donepezil. Based on other evidence I suspect it may be Modafinil but am unable to verify this. ## It is modafinil 100% I have a hundred or so of them Guaranteed ## What is the mg of them I have some also but have no idea ## J 18 is modafinil in the 100mg configuration. I found these while cleaning out med cabinet. They were in an Tylenol 3 bottle, but these surely aren't? Small, round, white; SP on one side, 141 on the other. Help? ## I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Break in half line on one side .other side SC above D22 under ## Not sure but it might be a latin american generic diazepam ## When I get a new generic manufacture of a med, I search the web for a picture to make sure the store dispensed the correct med. I’ll google: picture (space) name of the med, and if I know more details I’ll add a space with the manufactures name, and space enter any imprint. For pictures of diazepam SC D22 there were no matches but I did see all the pictures of the med. and generic manufacturers. You may want to take another look at the med to see if your info is correct. If that doesn't work, you may want to take it to a pharmacy.

I just rec'd 30 of these, but they have NO effect. Tooth/gum pain. Am used to oblong tramadol tablets - which, although weak, have an effect on my pain. Now we're getting these AN 627s. These are like placebos. ## these are the REAL thing, not a placebo. They are the SAME as the oblong tramadol. ## AN 627 does contain 50mgs of Tramadol, however, there can be some differences in generic drugs, so they may not work as well as the others you were getting. ## These don't seem to be as strong as some of the other tramadol I have taken, such as the Mylan. The P intersects with the M and doesn't really stand out as an imprint on its own -so maybe it was rubbed off at some point- making it appear as if only the M is part of the imprint. 1/2 inch in diameter White Pill SP under that 170 reverse is 400 looks coated no split ## HI, Bill! Where did you find it? I've done some searching, but it's not turning up in the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. The SP is a logo used on some prescription tablets, but nothing with these numbers. That makes me wonder if it's possibly a foreign medication, perhaps from Canada… Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Found this cleaning my house I just rented and don't know what this is it is small white pill split down the middle on one side and the other side says 10 ## So far, I've found two different possibilities in the NIH database. If the numbers are more square, it could be a medication manufactured by Virtus Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 0.125mgs of Hyoscyamine, which is used to treat conditions such as IBS, Chron's disease, and other gastro-intestinal issues. If they are rounder, then it could be a tablet that is manufactured by Accord Healthcare, which they list as containing 10mgs of Glipizide, which is most commonly used to treat diabetes. Found red round pill with yellow center in a cup of tea. The pill was split in two, one half was recovered but the other half dissolved in the tea. No side effects noticed except headache. Could you possibly identify it? Regards ## Found in South Africa, tea bag that was used had a small cut near the edge and I suspect that iswhere the pill was inserted in the bag. It was from a carton that only we had access to.
