hi i was just wondering if this a generic perocet pill or something like it?? ## Based on the description provided, this pill isn't listed in the prescription drug databases, so I can't find any information on it. Did you possibly find this pill somewhere or obtain it from a friend? One other probable reason for it not showing up is that this pill may have been discontinued for some time and therefore is no longer listed. Another possibility is that the marking has simply been misread. The closest match I can find is N 518 375. If you have any other comments or information to add, please post back and hopefully we can figure out what it is. ## I have one too did you ever find out what it is?

Has a little hat on the other side can u identify for me ## Hi! How are you doing? Could you please post back and try to give me a better description of what you're describing as a little hat? I believe it's likely a manufacturer's logo, but I am just not placing it yet, so I'm not finding anything that matches. Does anyone else have any ideas on this?

white round pill with 12 on one side just above the center score line. The opposite side is totally blank. ## Hello I was wondering if you have been able to found out what this pill is yet? ## I haven't been able to locate any specific details on this pill yet, but I'm just curious as to how either of you might've came about having it in your possession? For example, did you find it on the street, were given it by a friend, ordered off the internet, or forgotten in an old box in the medicine cabinet? I was hoping it's origin might provide us with some clues to narrow down our search efforts; especially if it was handed off from a friend or someone on the street claiming it to be something it's not, or from an unlicensed pharmacy, etc... Thanks for sharing any additio...

NOTE: This finding is based off of a description and not an image of the drug (as the drug database did not have an image), so I can't be 100% certain that this is the pill's identity. However nothing else showed up as a match so I'm thinking this has to be it. Oxycodone comes in various forms and is used to treat moderate to severe levels of pain. unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. round white m 15 same side ## Is the M over the 15? If so, then this tablet contains Atropine and Diphenoxylate, it is used to treat conditions such as diarrhea and IBS. If the M is beside the 15, then it's a 15mg Northyx tablet, which contains the active ingredient Methimazole and is used to treat Hyperthyroidism. Does it match either one of these?

I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. The pill is round and white on both sides, on side says W-R and the other side may have said something but it appears to be scratched away at or worn off.
