It is a big white pill one side has a big S and nothing on the others side ## Hi Alex, The closet match I'm finding right now is a 50 mg Sominex sleep aid pill; which appears to be light blue in color as opposed to white. Other than that it's a pretty thick round pill with an "S" imprinted on one side and blank on the other. In Seoul, Korea. Went to family practice doctor for coughing, thick, green phlegm, as well as pain from a torn meniscus. Was prescribed 5 meds. 1) light beige/yellow with YH imprint on 1 side & CO on other side (2x); 2) large white round pill w/ dividing line through middle. Above line is letter C. Below line is number 2. Flip side of pill has CJ imprint. 3) square peach pill w/ MM on 1 side & MT 10 other side; 4) white round pill, 1 side has line dividing through middle. Hi I found pills in a bag in my teenage sons room, and I can't seem to find the right answers online as to what they really are and if they are bad. They are round and off white to me since they are not the starch white id refer to for white pills. On one side is a 5, and the other has a M that is a pointy font imprint ( if that makes sense) please note there is NOT a square around the M which most results pointed to oxycodone or Ritalin. white oblong 377 imprint on one side ## The pill described as white, oval, with 377 stamped on one side is a generic form of Ultram. Tramadol HCL 50 Mg. My pharmacist substituted it for the usual round, white, pill marked with AN 627 on it, and didn't change the pill description on the bottle. Pharmacists in Nevada must be crazy or something. ## Ya. I have seen a few different kind of Ultram and every pharmacy is different. I know that they are all the same but you know how your mind plays tricks on you and I swear nothing works as well as the round white ones AN 627. Have not been able to find a 100% match, but a states that it is a 5 mg Oxycodone (a narcotic pain killer). Does that sound like a possibility to you ? ## YES! That is absolutely correct. My mom has prescription for them due to cancer. 25/50 with M on back. The pill is a pain killer with oxycodone.
