Other than that it's a pretty thick round pill with an "S" imprinted on one side and blank on the other. Hi I found pills in a bag in my teenage sons room, and I can't seem to find the right answers online as to what they really are and if they are bad. They are round and off white to me since they are not the starch white id refer to for white pills. This pill is a generic version of Tylenol with Codeine, it contains Acetaminophen 300mgs and Codeine 60mgs. It is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. ## But an easy mistake to make. Mallinckrodt does make a generic 4 mg hydromorphone tablet. It is round, white, 5/16 diameter. Imprinted with block M on one side, 4 on the other. However, the hydromorphone does NOT have a box around the M like the codeine does.

Percocet contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone and is only available with a maximum of 10mgs of the Oxycodone.
