The pill is small and round, has only a capital B on one side with nothing inscribed on the other side. ## I can't find anything that meets this description and just has a B on it. Where was it found? With just that marking and nothing else, it leads me to believe that it is something available over the counter. unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR.
