Found a 2 round white pills with a capital E on one side and nothing on the other side. very curious as to what it may be. it is about 11mm in diameter and about 4 or 5 mm thick. ## I can't be 100% certain, but based on that description, I believe these are Excedrin Extra Strength tablets, which contain Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Caffeine. I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. The pill is round and white on both sides, on side says W-R and the other side may have said something but it appears to be scratched away at or worn off. Any help is great...thanks! ## It's very hard to say if we aren't certain of the imprint. There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. It's the only one I'm finding that fits this description and it has no markings on the opposite side, just the WR. unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. I found a white round un-coated tablet, about 1mm in diameter. It has DRA imprinted on one side and a score on the other side. Im just curious as to what it is as I have never seen anything like it before, I initially thought it was a stray tylenol because of its plain appearance. ## That's a children's Dramamine pill.
