WHITE ROUND ## Is there an additional piece after the M that looks like a small, half circle? The only thing I am finding that may match this has that, because the marking is intended to be MP 727, but they use the line of the M to form the back line of the P. Small White Round Pill With An Z On It
Almost as small as a bb or pellet. A "z" or possibly a "n". Nothing on adjacent side. Found in a small vial brown glass white lid with quite a few in it. ## I can't be certain, but I have a suspicion that these may be 3.125mg Carvedilol tablets, they meet this description and have a Z on one side and though there is supposed to be a 1 on the other, it really doesn't show well on most of the tablets I have in my bottle. As I said, I can't be certain, but this is a possibility. Carvedilol is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Does anyone else know of any pills that meet this description? ...

white pill round with the number 631
Is there a metoprol 50mg with the number 631? ## Hi ambi, Based on my research, I don't believe there is a Metoprolol with that exact marking. Perhaps it could be a number within another set of numbers or imprint, but I'm not finding anything that matches 631 in and of itself. The closest Metoprolol I located is a white round pill with a triangle logo sitting above the numbers "831". This happens to be a 50mg Metoprolol succinate extended release tablet. Manufacturer: Watson Pharmaceuticals National Drug Code (NDC): 62037-0831 I hope this helps to answer your question! ...
