Round White Pill With A V Cut In It

Found a solid cut round white pill with the number 4 on one side of the half and blank on the other side. Has no more imprints that can be seen. My son had found it and I'm not sure what happened to the other half. Please tell me someone can help me with this

This pill starts with an M and has a slash on the other side where it can be cut. The V is a fancy V. I think it's some type of muscle relaxant. ## A round white pill marked "4211 V" is identified as Methocarbamol 500 mg. The "4211" is above the horizontal score line and the fancy "V" sits below it. I found a pill on the floor in my spare bedroom inside the closet. It is white and oval cut in half, so its hard to identify it on pill identifier.com. One half has PI and the other half side has 17. Anyone know what this is. ## WIth only a partial imprint, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this might be. There are several possibilities, both among prescription products and over the counter items. The best advice I can give is that you just dispose of it properly. The pill is cut in half so all I can see is 10 and possibly another number on one side and blank on the other side. ## It's generally very difficult to locate pills that are cut in half, since it could literally be anything at that point. Do you have any clues or hunches as to what you suspect it might be (based on where you found it or who you received it from)? Anything at all would be great, as there are at least 10-15 pills to choose from that are white and round with a "10" on one side. Lol

The pill is plain on one side and has an X on the other, like it could be cut into quarters. I can't figure out what it is. Found red round pill with yellow center in a cup of tea. The pill was split in two, one half was recovered but the other half dissolved in the tea. No side effects noticed except headache. Could you possibly identify it? Regards ## Found in South Africa, tea bag that was used had a small cut near the edge and I suspect that iswhere the pill was inserted in the bag. It is a small, white, round pill. On one side, it has Z3 imprinted on it. And on the other side -l- like you're able to cut it into 4ths. What is this pill? ## I am not finding one that has this marking and is scored. The only one I can find contains 5mgs of Amlodipine and has a smooth back, though it is possible that they changed it. It is most commonly used to help lower blood pressure. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

Can you break the methadone 10mg into half?? ## Dear Samantha, yes, u can break them in half. It might b easier 2 get a pill cutter. They work great. U can get them at cvs or pretty much any pharmacy. They r sold over the counter. ## Yes as far as I know, personally have broken in half over ten years. Have chronic pain and when I was not in as much pain I often only took half (5 mg.). Contact your pharmacist first, if you call your Dr. they might decrease dose, feeling you don't need as much, I am assuming you take for pain relief. If so may days you will need dose prescribed. I suspect my husband is insufflating pills. I found a bunch of small pills with E44 on one side and lines on the other side. Could he be making himself feel high off of these pills because they are in the same box as a broken credit card and a cut in half straw. ## Hello, Michelle! How are you? I found a zip lock with 2 pills - larger than an asprin, very smooth almost shinny outside. The pills have light tan / reddish specks on the outside but pure white when cut in half. Are round and not flat. No markings. ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what these contain. Off hand, I can think of several nutritional supplements I've purchased that match this exact description. Having no markings rules them out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription product, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. Can anyone help me identify a white round tablet with reddish specks, that only has "IBU" printed on one side & nothing else? ## I have recently found bag with adipex along with a worn out round white with red specks or dots, if there had been a score or imprint it is no longer there.
