It is a small white round pill. One side blank and the other side has a line that is placed in the center not going all the way uo and down it looks more like a capital i or lower case L . ## Hello, Lee! How are you? So, it only has the score mark and no other markings? If so, we can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. That means that it's most likely something that's available over the counter and that leaves it open to many different possibilities. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I ... ...

It is a white round pill with a p on one side and an n underlined on the other ## Hi Billy, Based on your description, the closest match I'm seeing is an oval white prenatal multivitamin pill with an imprint that looks like this: "P | N". Both letters are on the same front facing side of the pill, but there is a score line dividing them down the center. So when you say "an n underlined on the other", are you referring to the other-half of the frontside where the "P" is or is it on the backside of the pill? I hope that makes sense. Just trying to narrow down the search results and I think this additional piece of info may be helpful. ...

white round pill with 12 on one side just above the center score line. The opposite side is totally blank. ## Hello I was wondering if you have been able to found out what this pill is yet? ## I haven't been able to locate any specific details on this pill yet, but I'm just curious as to how either of you might've came about having it in your possession? For example, did you find it on the street, were given it by a friend, ordered off the internet, or forgotten in an old box in the medicine cabinet? I was hoping it's origin might provide us with some clues to narrow down our search efforts; especially if it was handed off from a friend or someone on the street claiming it to be something it's not, or from an unlicensed pharmacy, etc... I was given a RX for a mild sleeping pill Trazodone 50 MG. I have tried taking one as prescribed occassionally and it keeps me up all night. Then the next day I feel fatigued and have a headache. They are white round pills with a line down the center on one side and tthe other side has letters PLIVA AND THE #433 ON THE SIDE. Couldn't find it in the PDR. ## The tablet marked PLIVA 433 does contain 50mgs of Trazodone, however, it is not actually a sleeping pill. Trazodone is an SARI antidepressant, which can cause some drowsiness as a side effect, but it will not actually work like regular sleeping pills. Can anyone identify this pill? It's not a capsule, it's an oval white tablet, marked 44-511 ## Hi nikki, Would there happen to be a score line down the center as well? Most pills I'm finding that start with "44" and are followed by three digits are often recognized as OTC cough and cold related medications; though, I'm not finding any specific details on one that ends in "511". 44 533 and 44 547 have also come up with similar physical descriptions. And the only one I'm seeing with 44 511 is "round" in shape and not oblong as you mentioned it to be. So if you'd be so kind, could you also double check the imprint just to be sure? This pill I BELIEVE reads V1187 it is round and white. It is also divided by a line thru the center. Blank on other side. Does anyone know what this may be? 1187 keeps pulling up oxy. ## Hello, Chels! How are you? Is the tablet possibly a very pale green, with the marking 48 11 V? Looking at it upside down, the numbers do look like 1187. It is manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation.
