Have a pill... white, round, a little thick, has 40 on one side and nothing (no score mark or company logo) on the other. Has a smooth surface, not rough, appears to be prescription. The side that doesn't have 40 on it has a line down the middle but i can't read what it has going around the pill ## The closest match I could find shows that the pill is identified as Furosemide (40 mg). However the markings you are unable to read can significantly change what this pill could be. On this specific pill I located, the number 40 is on one side; and on the other side there is a score line across the middle, with the words 'Mylan' on the top half of the line and the numbers '216' on the bottom half. Does this sound or look familiar based on what you can see? Until we can figure out what the other side says, it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains, unless you would pay to have it lab tested, somewhere... ## Its a _____ and I...

found a small white tablet blank on obe side and a number 2 on the other, what is this? ## I'm pretty sure these are perphenazine 2mg, I have a small sum of the same pills, they are an antipsychotic medication used for bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia/schizo-effective disorders. Some doctors (like the i****s that prescribe seraquil for sleep) will prescribe this as a sleep aid as well..I hope this helps, I'm trying to make 100% sure they are perphenazine myself (friend gave them to me 'cause my psychiatrist "forgot" to refill me) but I'm almost positive, he takes the same as I (400mg seraquil and 2mg perphenazine). I will comment again once I'm certain that this pill is perphenazine.
