Has a little hat on the other side can u identify for me ## Hi! How are you doing? Could you please post back and try to give me a better description of what you're describing as a little hat? I believe it's likely a manufacturer's logo, but I am just not placing it yet, so I'm not finding anything that matches. Does anyone else have any ideas on this?

a oblong tablet with p 200 on one side ## I'm sorry, but I am not finding anything listed for an oblong pill with just the marking of P 200, in any of the U.S. prescription drug resources. A white round tablet with PP 200 on it imprinted in black is a tablet called Ryzolt, it contains 200mgs of Tramadol in an extended release formulation. unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. Very small white round pill, scored on one side and has the number 20 over the number 79. I think it may be a 5 mg oxycodone. ## Is the marking possibly ZC over 79? Can you please double check and post back? If so, it is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Lamotrigine, which is most commonly used to prevent seizures. I recently changed pharmacies and got my lisinopril filled. Pill is a plain white round pill on one side and 20 on other side. Been taking now for a week and blood pressure is still very high. found a white round tablet with an x imprinted on both sides. about the size of an altoid. ## It sounds like the X is probably just score lines on the tablet and without any other real markings, there is no way to positively identify it. I am sorry, I wish I could be or more help. Did you find it in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Sounds like the ones I found in my house (cleaning lady, kids?). One half an inch in diameter. Two wide (about 1/32 of an inch) lines cross, to form a long off-centered and slightly askew X on both sides. These are not scores, but a design that looks like two skis (angle is about 20 degrees). The pill's faces are slightly rounded outwards, not flat, like two dishes face-to-face.
