MC on one side 15 on the other side ## The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "M" on one side with "C 15" on the other side, being separated by a score line. This pill is also round and white, but it just doesn't have the M and C on the same side. Found this cleaning my house I just rented and don't know what this is it is small white pill split down the middle on one side and the other side says 10 ## So far, I've found two different possibilities in the NIH database. If the numbers are more square, it could be a medication manufactured by Virtus Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 0.125mgs of Hyoscyamine, which is used to treat conditions such as IBS, Chron's disease, and other gastro-intestinal issues. It's a small, white round pill split down the middle, as in 155 | 155. The foil says it's an Abbott Laboratories product, and it's 10mg. ## There are no markings or imprints on the tablets themselves? Is there any other wording on the foil? I've done some searching, but it's not turning up in the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. The SP is a logo used on some prescription tablets, but nothing with these numbers. I think this is my Metoprolol, but I'm not sure. I take (4) different BP medicines and because I don't have prescription drug coverage, I often get my meds. at different pharmacies, depending on where I can get the medicine the cheapest, so the generic version of what I get varies from pharmacy to pharmacy. I just want to make sure it is my Metoprolol before I take it. ## I'm sorry, but I can't find a listing for a tablet with this marking in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. Can you please double check the imprint? What else do you take? I can try looking at those, also. In the future, I'd suggest leaving them in their original bottles, to avoid potentially dangerous mix-ups.
