I go on a recon mission to extract the payload and destroy before a nice old lady sweeps the porch and calls 27 family members over for an intervention.. Also, theres concern of latent prints on the preloaded aparati.. sounds exciting so I volunteer for the mission.. like a swiss watch< I should have been a S.E.A.L.. after securing the payload, I begin to think.. Well if this fiend was whipping around with loaded hollow points, then he very likely, based on my past tours of duty, and personal knowledge of the "the needle and the damage done", was very likely concealing more bullets.. I vision this horribly afflicted kid, yes, 23 year old kid and already lo...

Need to identify my round white pill with a M On one side then scored side And 221 ## M on front maybe 221 or 122 on back small round ## Based on the description provided, I located a round white pill with MP (the P is sort of fused together with the M) over a score line on one side and 122 underneath the score. This particular pill reportedly contains Acetaminophen (300mg) + Codeine phosphate (30mg), used for treating pain and/or coughing. It's also said to have been made by Rugby Pharmaceuticals. Any chance this could be your pill? If not, whereabouts did you get it from?

Sorry - The back has 1/6 on either side of the score. I actually spoke with Qualitest on the phone and they cannot find this pill in their database. Could it possibly be a hypertension med? Anne ## No need to apologize, posts such as yours are exactly what this site is here for! :-) As to the pill in question, I think the marking you're looking at might be 61 61 V and it contains 100mgs of Trazodone, which is an SARI antidepressant. It is the only one in the Vintage/Qualitest catalog that meets this description. Learn more Trazodone details here. Is it possible that you were looking at it wrong?

I found it in my boyfriends car. It's a round pill that has been quartered but the two pieces i have formed together to make the first half. The front half has the numbers 20. So I'm assuming there are 2 more numbers. He had a history with pain pills. As for the back half, it appears to be scored and has something carved out in a rounded shape and centered. Ugh I wish I could post a pic. It's concerning.

What is this??? I found it in my sons room. It is VERY small, white, and round. It definantly has a fancy, cursive V on one side and on the other a number. 3??2, that side is very worn down. I take seizure meds and 3 other medications along with it and I accidently spilled my bottles over and they all clashed together on the floor and now I can't find out if this medication is my seizure medication or not. ## Hi Grimmace, Is there any chance that the imprint on your pill says "128" as opposed to "122"? The closest match I'm finding is a white round pill with a "C" on the front and "128" on the back. It's not scored or anything else. It just has those two markings embedded into each side of the pill. This particular tablet reportedly contains 10mgs of Amlodipine besylate, which is commonly prescribed for treating high blood pressure. And for additional verification, the manufacturer is listed as Cipla USA. I hope this helps!

was told it is 1 mg lorazepam but cant find anyy information online supporting this.... can someone please help? ## If there are no markings, we can completely rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription medication. They are all required to have markings to enable their identification. With no markings and based on your description, the greatest likelihood is that it is an over the counter product, however, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found/obtained? ## I can confirm that a pill meeting this description is available in Australia, with the contents described. ## I'm trying to identify a small round white pill with no markings and scored on one side with one line. The front and back are concave.
