What is this pill? Can anyone identify it for me? I found it while unpacking boxes. It was in a small baggie by itself. ## Qualitest Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as being a Q-Pap Extra Strength Tablet, which contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic, or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, stomach irritation, and dizziness. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a close friend that uses this pill as a recreational drug. I try to convince her that it can't be good for her but me not having any knowledge of the effects of it makes my argument a bit ineffective. I believe she uses them with Percocet pills. Reports from two other users (in another forum) note that this pill was "purchased in Belize City at a Pharmacy there and was told it was Vicodin 10/500. If so that sounds like Salbuterol which is an asthma medication used mostly in countries other than the US. It is often purchased by people in the states to be used for weight loss.
